Ilogo - badly printed tshirts from ilogo.in

I ordered * tshirts from ilogo.in.

designed the tshirts on their website with high res pictures

same day sent them a mail to their sales mail id instructing them to look for background residue in the images, alignment and balance of images (their website design page doesnt have tools to set alignment and balance), wrote in caps lock that if the images are not fine dont print, ask me for another image.

they sent me the parcel. the images were of bad quality and multiple shade difference in the colour of images. a textual image was repositioned and distorted.

i raised the issue with them. the owner Amit said that its due to the limitations of the machine and its not in their hand. i told them if that was the case then he should have informed me.

he argued back that i should have checked his faq section for difference between direct to garment and screen print. i argued in my defence that nowhere does his site state that the dtg quality will be low and that the colour reproduction on the tshirt will be dull and that the machine has its limitations and that the company is not liable for the final outcome.

he now refuses to refund my money.

p.s: i want to share multiple images on your site for comparison of what i designed and what they sent me but your site allows only one picture upload.
