Tcl 55 Inch LED Smart Google TV - Bad TV service and cheating from TCL

I bought a TCL LED TV ( TCL ***.** cm (** inch) Ultra HD (*K) ) on **-**-****. I have *years warranty for that and have taken an extended warranty too for the same. But the TV had a problem in its display which I reported on April *st ****. A technician came and replaced our TV with a refurbished one. When I enquired about it authorities mentioned that it's company policy. So they have cheated me by replacing my brand new TV with a refurbished one.
