Preeti filed complaint against Cadbury celebration on Dec 2, 2022
Purchased a pack of cadbury celebrations gift pack during Diwali. However, when we opened it to consume it, all the chocolates had a foul smell, bad taste with a layer of fungus formed on chocolates.
I raised the issue with mendelez international ** days ago and they have taken no action till date even after multiple follow-ups. Please help me have a compensation for the loss of time and product.
