Lyra Salon Calicut - Bad service

I would like to file a formal complaint against Lyra Salon, Calicut, regarding the extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior experienced during my brother’s wedding function.
I had availed a bridal party package from the salon worth Rs. **,***, which included hair styling, makeup, and saree draping services for five members of our family. Unfortunately, the service provided was highly disappointing and completely failed to meet basic professional standards.
Firstly, the final makeup and styling outcome was extremely unsatisfactory and far below the expectations promised by the salon. In addition to this, the team failed to maintain the agreed timing schedule, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience during an important family event.
Further, while booking the service, it was clearly communicated that the travel charge would be Rs. ** per kilometer. The salon is located only around * kilometers from my residence, yet an excessive amount of Rs. *,*** was charged towards travel expenses, which appears unfair and unjustified.
When I raised these concerns with the customer care representative, the response was highly unprofessional. The representative raised her voice during the conversation and disconnected the call without properly listening to or addressing the complaint. I also attempted to contact the salon management directly on multiple occasions, but they showed complete negligence and failed to respond despite repeated follow-ups since April **th ****.
I request the concerned authority to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against the salon for deficient service, unfair billing practices, and poor customer grievance handling. I also seek a suitable refund/compensation for the inconvenience and mental distress caused.
