Last month i have raised a ADP request for my laptop to replace uppercase and lowercase along with hinge. Last week an engineer came from Wipro and tried replace damaged parts( They didn't receive hinge cap so it wasn't fitted properly), Accidentally he damaged LCD. The lowercase was also not fitted properly. I mentioned everything in my last mail. Agian they received an LCD, uppercase and lowercase (This time also they didn't receive the hinge cap) and came to my place. They replaced and refixed it but still it's not fitted properly. There is a huge gap in lower side and hinge side.
ITS NOT LIKE A GENUINE SERVICE. VERY CHEAP AND LOCAL SERVICE. AS I MENTIONED LAST TIME, I AM DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.
After that engineer visited to my place to replace hinge cap cover and speaker. But its not fixed properly. As i mentioned last friday please send entire display unit fitted. Today also i am seeing the same hinge gap. Lenovo is totally wasting my time and engineer's time. Please send entire display unit (fitted) and send.

Very worst Service from LENOVO. Bad response from LENOVO. I don't think good company provides third class cheap Service. Raised a request for small issue. * times Engineers came and did very cheap Service. They accidentally broke my speakers. Again they created a ticket. Again they came for speaker and alignment issue. They did a bad Service. Here i have attached snaps of their service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
