i booked for a new connection on June *st and also paid upfront for * months and was told connection is feasible and i will get a call and they will setup in ** to ** hours. * days later no one called or showed up and when i called they suggested a refund and that i will get my money back in * to * working days. Now on ** they are asking for more time.
