Skynet Broadband Lonkar vasti manjari BK - Bad service and Internet never works good

From past one month i am facing connectivity issue with the net i informed them on regular basic by sending photos videos, however no response. and also note when i had purchased net they told me they will be using fibernet connection. however it was just a normal wired connection also when the operator informed me about same later i confront with them to which they denied. Later she send some workers to check wherein the boys who came to check they saw router on it off it and said your router is damage our net is working fine to which i did said the router is working very fine as if i use they net directly through lan as well the net doesnt work they were rude and when i sent them videos regarding same while using their lan still no action was taken. I had missed by Tat my productivity went on toss. My quality of work was ruined as i was facing continuous network issue numerious of time i had to connect my global protect and citrix. More then ** pics i might have sent to that lady she didnt took any action at all and now i am feed up of this bad service provided by them and have finally decided not to renew my plan.
