Vama Heritage - Bad quality sarees

I purchased * designer sarees worth **,*** and **,*** from Vama Heritage (entity name on bill: Praya Retail) at Laxmi road Pune on *nd November ****. We used it for * to * hours on **st December ****. However, just after using it for few hours, all threads have started coming out and also the studs and laces have come off from both the sarees. We went to the store but the staff insulted us. We also sent a mail to their customer support team but they have not replied. We need your help in getting replacement or a refund.
