On **/**/**** I requested for an online product (a black lehenga,semi stitched )via WhatsApp to this no +************, and repeatedly asked them if the material was good only then I would buy it. And after their assurance I ordered the product for Rs.****/-. I also mentioned bif the product was not good I will exchange it.
I received my package on **/**/****, and received a product that looks nothing like the picture and the material is extremely bad.
On repeatedly calling them and texting them they did not reply and even said I might exchange but I have to courier them and also pay Rs.*** for sending the next exchanged product. I feel extremely at loss and helpless.
Please assist me.
