I had ordered one Kurta set from this Insta Store(https://instagram.com/aiza_attireforeveryoccasion?utm_medium=copy_link).
Bad quality product is being delivered and they're asking to ship it without providing replacement. And asking to bear the shipping charges. While raising complaint they were rude & said that they can sue my account. This is mental and financial harassment for a customer.
It doesn't make sense to bear the shipping charges without getting any product.
