I ordered shoes from mantra on ** dec ****, on ** dec **** I received the item. The shoes box was broken, shoes was old manufacturerd in ****, it's sole became yellow from white. Same day i returned it , while mantra profile it showed that item failed quality check. I connected customer care but they not resolved the issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
