Last year I saw a beautiful gown on Facebook for my sister's wedding. I contacted the seller on FB and enquired about the dress. He told me that if not liked I can return in * days. Then lockdown happened and the wedding was postponed. Wedding is now in April so I contacted the same person and asked for the same dress. I asked him to show the actual dress and he said the dress will be the same as in the pic. So I bought it for **** Rs and it was delivered on **th March ****. Dress was a disaster. It was nothing like the dress in the pic. Very cheap product. I decided to return and was told to wait for * days for return. During the conversation this man Mr. Malik told me that they lie to customers that the dress is exact same as in the pic so that the customer buy the product. I have this in my what's app voice message. It's been ** days and no one has come to pick the dress. He doesn't answer my call now and on whatsapp he calls me a fraud instead stating that I buy products only to return it back. He seems a fraud who is selling his cheap products online.
