I Kall - Bad product non performing product

The I kall n** *** mb ram tablet.
This product was bought through tat cliq app. At the time purchase there was a option called refund available.
After the product delivered the performance was poor ...tablet is slow...doesnt support much apps. Very slow.
Already requested for return.
They asked me to get job sheet from I kall,which was absurd for.me because I customer has to contact I kall team. They told to get clearance from tata cliq rather than from asking I kall .
I need the product to be returned and need money back
