I happened to purchase a bluetooth speaker (Colorful Bluetooth Wireless Speaker) on-line and the product delivered was not of satisfactory quality. First of all the package was very old (crumpled). Also the dome like part is detached from the platform. Doesn't fit securely. Basically it is loose. Also the bluetooth USB charger provided doesn't insert in to the slot.
Due to these reasons I made a decision to return the product instantly. But they are not responding to my mails below. Also their contact number (**** number) never works. Also the link to the facebook page they gave is not valid.
Request you to kindly look in to this.
