Puranjay,b-423,landmark Empire,surat 395010 - Bad nd different quality product delivered

I ordered blue nd grey kurtis on *th June with order no ************.but on *th shadowfax no sf*******prj delivered packet for which I paid ***rs in cash when I opened packet kurti were of cheap material differerent in colour size.Isince then I am trying for refund I asked him to pay in cash nd take recipient nd ur cheap kurtis.but he wants me to courier kurtis nd get money by giving bank account details.I can't believe him on **th I got phone call from shadowfax no**********.he asked me to talk to no **********.when I talked he asked me debit card details which I donot use. I asked him to paytm money nd get back kurtis. He started asking paytm password which he does not require for depositing money.I again send mail to shadowfax nd puranjay (peenar).Then I got call from no**********.But he wants me to send kurtis by courier without getting refund or ordered kurti.u make him to pay in cash as I paid or paytm money when there boy comes to take kurti.I can't couriers kurti which I have without getting back money or ordered kurtis to such a person
