Ladli Fashion Corner Naranpura Three Road Naranpura Ahmedabad - Bad Material quality

I am from Patan. My wife and I visited Ahmedabad. We decided to purchase Gharcholu. Every one especially merchant involved in Saree business knows very well what Gharcholu means for Hindu ladies. This is a lifetime saree purchase for a Hindu ladies which is wore in all family receptions and also to be wore to her in her last rituals.
We went to Ladli Fashion Corner, Naranpura Three Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad. Shop keeper knew importance of Gharcholu and he showed us a few. We selected one. We made electronic payment. Shop keeper said that he will do roll press and cut the blouse piece from the saree and will give packed saree, blouse piece to us. This is service normally provided for such expensive sarees by all shop keeper. As we were visiting from Patan, shop keeper agreed to send the saree to our place by courier. We received the courier three-four day later as he had agreed.
We were supposed to visit our surapura (ancestral family place) where we were supposed to first show the saree and after ritual we were supposed to take the saree in use.
We went to our ancestral place and did the same. While returning, a few drop water from water bottle fell on the saree cover. We found stains of color fading in saree.
My wife complained to the shop keeper about it. To which he rudely behaved with my wife and said that this saree is not supposed to be wore in rain! (Sic). He also later said abruptly and rudely that I do not guarantee quality and color of any material sold at my shop. This is ridiculous. After knowing that this saree will be used for years and in any conditions if a person sells such low quality material and upon complain says such words on face, this is ridiculous.
As you can understand lots of emotions especially for my wife are involved with this saree. She is already frustrated. That is why I have decided to complain.
I have attached pdf file showing stain marks and other problems with payment slip and bill.
