Anand Neuberg Labs - Bad Lab test results COVID

I took the Interleukin * (IL *) from the lab on **st Jan ****. The test results of blood collected at home shows a high value of ** for this IL* test. Similar higher than expected values were received for other family members. On retesting at Manipal hospital Bangalore my IL* values correctly showed *.* and within range.
The IL* results of Neuberg Anand are grossly wrong. Other test results look OK. Also they charge **** rupees each for this IL* test and for * members. The wrong results can lead to serious wrong medication and medical diagnostics on COVID.
This was brought to the Neuberg Anand but no action is taken yet.
This is a serious matter that needs your attention and corrective action immediately.
