APSRTC Super Luxury - Bad interior of bus

All the seats are on worst condition lot of dust and dark stains are present on them, some of them are torn. Reclining function of some seats are not working. Seats look a lot dirty and with bad smell and some of leg rests are gone.
Windows are foggy they are not clean and they are poor visible , floor had very dust lot of eatables are on it and plastic covers are on it.
Please clean the bus and change the seats it is so uncomfortable to travel in that dirty condition of bus.
