Service - Bad hotel stinking room shown value paid

Have used Agoda for booking for the last * to * days. The hotel Mamta Palace MOUNT Abu in bad condition small rooms stinking I paid **** for it . And the rooms showed were if Rs **** to **** category room *** shown was for Rs **** to some extent good but says not for our booked category , rooms shown not as per pic shown during booking . Dont have their own parking have to use road side parking
