Bookemitrip - Bad hotel booked

This is the worst experience , I had faced with your travel company. I had paid money for the hotels in advance and Mr. Neeraj had confirmed to gave me the best hotels and with balcony view. Here, in Zara Resort I reached at *:** and there were no room in the hotel. Hotel person take us and shown different room which was actually a home , where they are giving me a room. Later he offered me a room for only one night which is so much dirty with cigrates buds on the floor and there is so much smell of cigrates that my wife start vomiting there in the room. You had charged me in advance for booking and I gave almost ** percent of money. Some pictures are attached for your reference. This is not even a three star hotel, it's just *star hotel and they only put a name Resort.
