Udit filed complaint against INOX Movies on May 22, 2023
Hi,
Writing this because it wasn't expected at all from the inox. Went to watch guardians of the galaxy vol. * at inox nehru place (ticket attached). The following things happened :
# AC weren't operational inside the theatre. Was in the heat for the whole time.
# movie got rewinded in between the show, had to watch a whole duration again which wasted our time.
# movie got stopped and was skipped many times.
I want refund for this bad experience. Not going to visit this place again.
Please try to improve the experience as this is unacceptable.
