Hi,
I visited your Dell Service centre at Vadodara Concord complex. I told the lady - Nirali at the reception counter that the H key on my keyboard is not working.
She said let me diagnose she pressed some keys and said the entire keyboard is not working and you will have to replace it. I told her in two years this will be the second major repair on the laptop. She said electronic items can crash at any time there is no assurance. To which I said, "then why should I buy a laptop from Dell I can buy it from any local computer store" to which she replied, "then you should buy it from there."
I told her i will log a complaint then after some time she tells me "key in your password" If she did not have my password what is it that she was checking? and then she tells me. "see all the keys are working.... "
In that case what made her sys all the keys are not working and i need to spend Rs. **** for replacing the entire keyboard.
This got me thinking that was i duped the last time when they said the fan is not working and needs to be replaced.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
