Central mall of surat - Bad catwalk footwear from central mall surat

I bought one catwalk footwear from this mall in Surat and came back to Delhi. CIN No L*****MH****PLC******. I hardly wore these slippers once for ** mins in my photoshoot. U can see the condition of the slippers, I have made a video which I will put it in Twitter. The pyramid stud designing is tearing out and the slippers were in fungus. I cleaned them and made a video and side of the slippers will get torn out if I will wear. I have visited ur Noida central store but there no one has entertained me, so shall I go to Surat to return them. Wat is the point of having central branches when they can’t resolve a customer’s concern. So my point is how can I change my footwears bcoz these cost **** and it’s not been a year.
