Very very bad customer support experience I received. They take **** as security *** as installation and **** as * month internet charges. In last * month I have raised around ** complaints and for that they extend the validity to ** more days. Now last * days internet is not working. Delhi Head, Techician, Executives, Appellate escalation, Nodal Escalation etc. Customer care more then ** time from last five days you will not connect to executive to talk. Indirectly I need to raise complaint against those in this crucial time there services sucks
