I booked room in Citrus resorts Pvt. Ltd.
I had a small argument with someone exactly at the gate of the Hotel. This Argument then turned into a Fight.
I was shocked that even after watching all this none of the hotel staff came to look in the matter. On the other hand, the hotel staff told us not to take any action against the person with whom I had a fight. When I asked for the CCTV Fottage from the Hotel, I was misguided by the manager as he showed me someother Fottage. Further, the Manager started Fighting with me.
