Aquagaurd Water Purifiers - Bad after sales service post AMC

Post taking AMC for my Aquaguard Magna, it starts showing frequent problem. Upon complain the technician visits and without any investigation asks to change the filters. The filters were changed within ** months of time and our usage is low still he insists to change the filter else denying service.
