On **nd-Jan **** , I cleared technical round and webex round with Project Manager Ashish Arvind Bamzai at IBM India Pvt Ltd, Manyata Embassy Business Park, G-* Block, Ground Floor, outer ring road , Nagawara, Bangalore-**.
After Sharing Profile to Vinod Konda Reddy ,
Then HR Deeraj SPOC from Hyderabad called me scheduled interview and telling I want to meet at IBM Whitefield on **rd jan **** , I went to meet vinod , He said for getting job in IBM You should have Good reference , I shall give reference from a Manager Ashish But you need to pay *,**,***/- after interview , I shall get you after getting released offer *,**,***/- and rest after my *st month salary *,**,***. but he not convinced and then on **th-jan-**** , I gave him cash of *,**,***/-
Then i Met Mr. Vinod kumar reddy ****a* at near hotel , He took money **th jan **** around ***,*** and said you can leave for the day, you have selected for job, we will send you Offer-letter soon on **th Jan **** .
I said plz sir you convince him sir , i will try to arrange remaining money to my best and Came Back.
At this stage, Vinod and Hr Spoc Deeraj saying BGV fails for EIILM University not recognised , but University issues for distance education but i have done regular mode but he not considered.
