I have poco x* mobile that I purchase from Flipkart and after * year company provided software updates to mobile
And when I update my mobile to new version my mobiles back camera is dead
When i call to customer service then they say to me for visits services centre for repairs and customer support say to me that mobile is repair free of cost (because this is company fault)but when i go to service centre for repair then they say to me that **** pay for repair my mobile
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
