Awign Enterprise - Awign is not letting us withdraw my money

I was an doing internship jobs in Awign app they told they will release the money after the internship is over and we waited and the money showed up in our wallet and we should wait for another week to get the withdraw option and I waited when I finally got the withdraw option they started to get the error message like transfer failed due to internal reason. This was a month and half ago they are ignoring my customer support messages and they are not picking up the calls and they are ignoring my mails.
