I ordered a product from Fruzis Fashion. The parcel was delivered through Amazon delivery, but the product received is defective / not as expected.
I tried to contact the seller multiple times for return and refund, but there is no proper response from their side. There is also no clear return option provided by the seller.
This has caused me financial loss and inconvenience. I request you to take strict action against the seller and help me get my refund of ₹***/- as soon as possible.
