Ditch the guilt - Avoiding eligible refund on order cancellation

Hi,

I'm Rahul Agarwal, its been less than ** hours since I placed the order no. ***** at Ditch the Guilt website. I have sent multiple mails to cancel the order before dispatch or packaging, and refund me my money. But there has been absolutely no response. Even the email and phone number provided on their website are unreachable. Its a way they are trying to scam me. Other customer reviews online also suggest similar habit of this company in frauding their customers.

I am hence writing this mail to ask you to help cancel this order refund me the money.

Failing to do so, I will legally sue this Ditch the guilt for its lack of customer service and scam. Please cancel this order and refund my money. I have followed the process for eligible cancellation within ** hours of order.
