I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized AutoPay deduction made by Datong Apps Private Limited from my bank account. An amount was deducted automatically without my knowledge or explicit consent. I do not recall authorizing any recurring subscription or AutoPay mandate for this transaction.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and ask that the deducted amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also request that any active AutoPay or recurring payment mandate linked to Datong Apps Private Limited be canceled immediately to prevent further unauthorized deductions.
Please review the transaction details and provide a resolution at the earliest opportunity. Thank you for your assistance.
