I am writing to request a refund for ***, which was recently deducted from my account for the auto-renewal of my Story TV subscription.
I was not aware that my subscription was set to renew automatically, and I did not intend to continue the service at this time
Kindly process the refund for this amount. I would also appreciate it if you could assist me in disabling the auto-renewal feature to prevent future deductions.
