Aniket Ghosh filed complaint against icici bank on Feb 20, 2023
Payment of a Rs ***.** has been auto-debited from my account. This has been deducted to pay for a credit card that is not owned by me. I don't have icici or any other bank credit card with me. Still, this payment has been made to one different customer by the bank system. Now, the bank is refusing any complaint on this and also not refunding the amount.
Please help
