Skillslash academy - Auto Debit Loan EMIs without a course enrollment

In Nov ****, I was taking counselling for Business Analytics course in Skill Slash Institute and wanted to go for no cost EMI loan option with NDX P*P Private Limited for my course, the loan personals and the institute team took my basic details like aadhar pan and bank statement to check the eligibility, but without my knowledge, they processed the loan, and the EMIs started deducting, and now the institute has not provided me with the course, nor have they cancelled or refunded, After two emis were deducted and I was unable to contact the Skillslash team, I emptied the account, and now the emis are being bounced for the last three months, and I have not received an answer from Skillslash to date.
