euraka forbes - AUQAGUARD REPLCEMENT DESIGN FAILURE

hello my name is amit lala from navi mumbai , palm beach road area my contact number is ********** , i had bought aquaguard the latest model in march , from the installation time i am facing problems of dust in my water after the filter process is complete / the model is having a huge problem as it has the top with no protection for dust /oil of cooking in kitchen , inctects enterting and etc .

i have been complaining vijaj in sales from march to either change the model for me i am ready to pay extra / as the older models have full safety covered on top this model does not

the eureka attendetnt recently visited my home they just said simply this model design is like this we cannot do any thing , if u want the lates one the slim edition we can give u **** rs off and u pay ***** rs /// what the hell y should i pay when i am not using the product and from mach i am suffering for the same and for this i spent ***** and dint use as its no use for me to use the product as its realising dust in water product is damage and eureka is just offering me **** rs .
