Dell 7610 - Audio Drive Not working Properly

Hi,
I have bought a Dell Inspiron **** on **th september **** from dell website and i found the product 's headphone jack port is not functioned. i have raised the complaint in dell customer care on *th october ****. they have created work order for solving the issue but with out my knowledge they have cancelled my work order and again i connected with them to ask this work order cancellation information. they said they will do asap to resolve the issue. but almost * days completed still they are in * stage no improvements in their service. "THE LAPTOP IS JUST ** DAYS OLD" Request to do the needful. ( I have spent more than a lacs to buy this product)
