Vishalakshamma filed complaint against Canara bank madhugiri branch on Aug 30, 2019
On ** June ****, I came at Canara bank ATM near Tumkur gate Madhugiri. I insert my card to draw the amount of Rs *****. First time its ask input pin I press my pin amount not received. It shows please insert correct card. Second time in insert my card same time pin give not withdrawal cash some counting sound came but not received cash.
I wait ** minutes after a long time I withdraw **** Rs. It's successfully withdrawn but in mobile message shows you have successful withdraw of amount ***** Rs. I reach bank manager and told what I do he answer me don't worry come after * days. I will check cc camera footages then I give you a solution. After * days he said our CCTV camera not working in our ATM come after * days. After * days I meet again manager. He said I am sorry you can file a complaint of withdrawal your amount of Rs ***** complaint to head office. What can I do? Please give me justice.
