SBI Madhugiri - ATM money not withdraw

I visit SBI ATM machine in Madhugiri branch at Tumkur gate Madhugiri. At that day **-**-**** at **-** am
I visit SBI ATM machine to withdraw money of ****. I insert my card in the machine there but money counting sound came. Only I was there at that time no one security guard was there. I complain to the manager of SBI Madhugiri branch she received my complaint and says it takes * working hours. After * days I visit manager she says sorry sir you withdraw a **** money. I received the message from the complaint section sorry that we can't do anything. But my money is lost what can I do. My account number is ***********
