DBS Bank - Atm dispute

Hi I am using Dbs bank and my account number is ************. On **th of dec **** I was using sbi atm at bhagwati garden to withdraw the amount of ****. Money was not spence from atm. But money got dedcuted from atm. I complain in bank. They refused to resend the money.
Kindly help me to send the money
