Chotu filed complaint against Indian Overseas Bank on Feb 25, 2017
Dear Concern,
My peon is having account in IoB ,Kursi Road Lucknow. on * Nov **** he made attempt to withdraw Rs *****/- from sbi bank atm, machine didnt dispense money but amount from his account was deducted. After five min he went to other atm (it was also sbi) and did successful withdrawal of *****/-.
after that event he went to his local branch and lodged complaint but till date after thousand followups nothing happened.
we did online complaint but customer care says sbi told them it was successful transaction ,after lots of argument customer care exe said that go and ask sbi.
Manager IoB Jankipuram also accept that amount should be returned and he shooted lots of mail to his Head office and to sbi too but nothing happened.
My peon is runnig from last *** days but this dirty sestem is not doing antything
Please pay attention and do the needful and get the poor man's money,*****/-, returned
