Ather - Ather scooter cover damage

I ordered a cover for my Ather scooter from Ather online directly on *st Jan'**. Although it was delivered within a week, it was found torn at the rearview side. The problem was registered to Ather and they informed it'll be rectified. After numerous reminders, it was taken back on **th Mar'**. But still I've not got a replacement nor refund. I keep receiving mail that it will be addressed soon. Their service support is poor
