Asus ROG 5 - Asus faulty phones

I bought Asus Rog * pro on *-*-**** but after * months my mobile wifi and hotspot stopped working after the system update provided by Asus.So I returned my phone to service center and they replaced the motherboard after one month and they guaranteed the issue was fixed but after * year again the wifi stopped working like before but now the phone is out of warranty period so I feel cheated by changing the faulty motherboard during the warranty period I asked for refund but they refused and provided replacement just to cover the warranty period? I am ready to pay for fixing my phone but will it be worth or temporary fix again for * months?? This is serious crime I bought the mobile for **k and you failed to deliver it without issue for even * year and after * year you are causing the same issue by giving system updates and then I need to pay more for fixing the issue you caused or manufacturing issue ?? Why should I fix and use the defective product again and again why can't you refund.
