Ajay Cable networks - Asking for unnecessary charges

I am from Delhi, Chander Vihar. We are paying the charges of set-top box regularly but the operator is not providing network and solution of problems. All the time set-top box shows no signal and when we complain about that the operator asked us to recharge the DTH (set-top box), he is charging unnecessarily every month *** to *** rupees.
We are facing this problem from last three months. Today I am writing this complaint because we had recharged our set-top box ** days back and there is no signal from last * days, we had a complaint about the same but today he is saying that your recharge is over, you have to recharge with *** rupees to continue the subscription.
