Airtel Dish Tv - Asking for surrender Airtel set up Box while I am out of status

Hi,
I got a call from Airtel Dish TV by number of ********** and the person is asking to surrender the Setup Box without paying anything.

Please let me know why anyone surrenders their setup box free of cost while She/He is already paid a healthy amount from her/his hard working money.

Second ,those who are using an Airtel setup box ,is it compulsory that she/he must watch TV everyday and she/he must not go anywhere because Setup box is very essential like Food and earning.

Even Regarding that I had also informed Airtel Nodal Officer but there is no action taken by her/him.

again I am harassing by ********** by the name of Parvez Airtel.
