Surendra Singh Grover filed complaint against easemy trip on Apr 17, 2022

Booked an Air ticket for two persons ( one Senior Citizen) form Indore to Hyderabad through EaseMy Trip website, vide Booking ID : EMT********.
Paid an amount of Rs **** as asked by the website.
The payment was made thru HDFC Net Banking..
The booking was shown pending . After ** minutes received a call from EaseMy Trip to pay extra amount of Rs **** as the fares have increased.
Asked them to put me thru their seniors, they say it will take another ** hours.
again received a call from EaseMy Trip and they forced us cancel the booking or pay **** extra amount to keep the booking.

When asked for refund they say it will take Minimum ** hours.
Kindly arrange to get the refund and compensate for the loss.
