Alprazo Pharma - Asked for money before giving offer letter fake job

I got a call from an HR name : Raghav Raj ( **********) to discuss an opportunity with me for the role of Business Analyst, He told me to give an introduction interview the same day he called, and next day for the technical round interview. Yesterday I got a mail from him that I am selected for the final round interview but I am lacking some technical skills in IBM cognos. After the mail he called me asking whether I have received a mail or not, and also informed me that I have to do a certification for IBM cognos, after that he sent me a mail with a link to register for course. After the registration I got a call from a girl name Mannat Ahuja(**********-this number is active) from learnologics.com
that they are offering a course of *****/- . I paid the money instantly because Raghav told me to send the payment invoice so that he can forward my documents, but after that I am not getting any response from them, Raghav phone is switched off and Mannat is not replying to messages and calls. Please look into this issue as my friend also got scammed.
