Booked the ticket on NEUGO from gurgaon to chandigarh

I have * luggage total of around **kg
but bus conductor asked for extra **** rupees for this luggage. and they have provide receipt detailing the for additional charge.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
