Ninad hude filed complaint against Airtel DTH on May 16, 2020
I have purchased Airtel DTH connection on replacement of old Airtel dth connection on **/**/****.I have offered package of MH sports HD * months package of ****rs..After completing * months my package will be same only but package amount will be ***rs per month..As per discussion with airtel person i have purchased same package,but after completing * months the airtel guy is not accepting his promise made and force me to recharge ****rs same again..I have all recordings and messages...Please help me regarding this.
