My b.com degree lost by karawal nagar post office Delhi ****** I also complained in India post online complaint but it's also pending. Know one take a credibility for this blunder please help me for my future because degree is a important part of a student study life.

My shipment has been not delivered from last ** days and India post is sending to the wrong post office location and doesn't even care to answer my queries. I am feeling completely hopeless. Pls help
